    once you have hit rock bottom the only way left is up

    Each individual is responsible for their own quality of life. Everyone has their own shit, and they all reckon it's worse than everyone elses. Things change and shit happens to everyone, how you deal with it makes the difference, so if you can't do something about it then just fuckin live with it.
